How Challenges Work
Join a challenge
Review challenges that your friends made and accept the challenges that you want to join. When you accept a challenge, your on-file payment method will be charged. If you win the challenge, you will get back the money you put up and your winnings! Your winnings encompass any money your supporters put up to motivate you and your portion of any money that was forfeited by other participants.
Remember, financial incentive is the most effective way to successfully quit!
Share your quit attempt on your social media and get your other friends to support you while you make this important lifestyle change. When you successfully stay quit for the duration of the challenge, you win the pledges of your supporters and a portion of the amount any challenge participants forfeited.
Create a challenge
How motivated are you to finally put your smoking days behind you? We have created a platform where you can now challenge yourself and your friends to quit smoking and make real gains in your health and your wallet.
First select the length of time that will allow you to feel that you have successfully quit. (We suggest taking the longest you have quit previously and doubling that.)
Then select the penalty amount that you will forfeit if you smoke. Be sure to choose an amount that will truly motivate you and that you think your friends would also be willing to put up. You won’t be charged until another friend joins your challenge.
